Dr. Govindan’s Nursing College at Muttathara, Trivandrum is a landmark in educational infrastructure development by Jack Constructions. Spanning 12,000 sq. ft. on a 50 cent plot, the project combines academic spaces with residential hostel facilities, ensuring a holistic learning and living environment for nursing students.

The college building has been carefully planned to include modern classrooms, administrative areas, and student amenities, while the adjoining hostel provides comfortable and secure accommodation for students from across Kerala and beyond. With 8 dedicated car parking spaces, the campus balances accessibility with efficient land use.

Completed in 2017, this project reflects Jack Constructions’ capability in delivering educational institution construction projects in Trivandrum that meet the needs of both academic excellence and student welfare. The Nursing College continues to serve as a center of learning and healthcare education, standing as a testament to our commitment to quality construction in Kerala’s educational sector.
